London Underground Central Line DC Traction Upgrade Management of design and implementation teams for DC trackside system upgrades. Operational and Design Safety Assurance, Site Safety Tours and communicating all planned works to the Line Controller. Phase 1 and 2 works achieved on programme and within budget. Project value circa £12m.

London Underground Connect Power (HV/LV) Upgrade works Responsible for the project management of the design and implementation of the new power system to support the Connect communications loads across the Central and Bakerloo Line tunnels. Scope included construction of three new 11kV sub-stations and replacement of over 11kms of Power cable. Project value circa £20m.

London Underground Station Modernisation Programme survey works. Responsible for Structural Assessments, Topographical Surveys & conducting Safety Tours (NEC contract to Plowman Craven & Frankhams Consultancy) at 25 stations in total. Specific contracts worth circa. £5m. Provision of MEP technical support to a team of 5 Portfolio Managers.
